Big Tony's is owned and operated by the Garavaglia Family. Papa Larry Garavaglia has been in the restaurant business for the better part of 40 years, during which time he met and married his wife Carole. They left Detroit, Michigan in 1976, and ventured to Texas, where their son Tony was born on February 4, 1984.
Tony has been the inspiration for Big Tony's Grill. We are very proud to say that Tony himself has become quite an entrepreneur in the restaurant business. Shortly after opening Big Tony's, he met his beautiful wife Crystal, who has become a tremendous asset to the business, having her own experience in the restaurant business. They married and now have two beautiful sons, Michael, who will be 5 this year,
and Rocco, who is 5 months now.
